FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will there be a sequel to ALL THAT’S LEFT IN THE WORLD? I need to find out what happens next!

YES! I can finally announce that the sequel, THE ONLY LIGHT LEFT BURNING, is out and ready to break your heart! You can buy it wherever books are sold!

Will you write more books?

Also yes! My second book LOSE YOU TO FIND ME is a standalone coming-of-age workplace romcom and it’s out now! The sequel to ALL THAT’S LEFT IN THE WORLD is called THE ONLY LIGHT LEFT BURNING and it came out May 28, 2024. I’m hard at work for another standalone book due to be released in 2025! (More info on that one later…but for now I can tell you it’s a dark YA thriller that traumatized my editor.)

I’m ALWAYS writing. As long as people keep buying my books I will keep writing them. This has been my dream since I was a six or seven years old so you can guarantee I have plenty of ideas and books to put out to the world!

Is there going to be a movie/TV show for ALL THAT’S LEFT IN THE WORLD?

I hope so! But right now no. I do have a film agent shopping the rights around, but so far no one has scooped them up. I guess we’re all just going to have to keep re-watching season one, episode three of The Last of Us. Or re-reading the book!

Whose point-of-view is the epilogue in ALL THAT’S LEFT IN THE WORLD?

I will update this once the sequel is out with the definitive answer, but for now you can find out for real in the audiobook.

I’m not out/live in a conservative area so I can’t be seen reading your book, is there a way to read it online?

If you can’t read a physical version, see if your local library is a part of the Libby network. You can pair your library card and check out ebooks to be sent to a Kindle or the Kindle app on your phone. Checking out ebooks from a library is a great way to support authors and it allows us to keep writing books for you!
If your local library doesn’t have access to Libby or doesn’t buy the books you’re looking for, check out the Books Unbanned programs by the Brooklyn Public Library. They will give you access to some of the most challenged books for young adults in the country!

Will you do an event in my city/town?

I love doing author events but the days of publishers paying for book tours are long over. So unfortunately I’m stuck doing author events in my hometown of Philly and the area. I do try to go to any festival that I get invited to so please check my Events page for up to date info on where I’m going!

Also, you can fill out this Google Form to request I come to your city/state. If I get enough people in one city requesting an event, I just might be able to fly out!

I am a Blogger/Reviewer/Bookseller, can I have an ARC of your book to read and review?

Absolutely! The easiest way to get an Advance Reader Copy is e-ARCs released through Netgalley or Edelweiss. Physical ARCs are increasingly hard to come by. Some publishers aren’t printing them anymore, and some only have very limited amounts that they send out to authors and reviewers for trade reviews (Publishers Weekly, Kirkus, etc.), and readers for awards that require physical copies. If you need a physical copy for any reason, feel free to use the contact me portal. Give me your name, email address, and shipping address. If there are any physical ARCs or bound manuscripts available around six-weeks out from release date, my publicist will try to send a few out. But know this isn’t guaranteed and I also may not be able to individually answer each email request.

I am an author and I’d like you to blurb my book coming out soon!

Congratulations! For blurbs, please have your editor or agent reach out to my agent. I do prioritize blurbs for queer and BIPOC writers.
